The Challenge
Public procurement in the EU is a massive market, but finding relevant tenders is a nightmare. Opportunities are scattered across dozens of national portals, published in different languages, and buried in dense legal documents. Most businesses miss contracts they're perfectly qualified for simply because they didn't know the tender existed — or found it too late.
The goal was to build a platform that aggregates tenders from across Europe, uses AI to match them to a business's capabilities, and gives teams the tools to evaluate and act on opportunities before competitors do.
Our Approach
We built TenderWish as a real-time tender intelligence platform that turns the chaos of EU procurement into a structured, searchable pipeline.
AI-powered match scoring — when a business sets up their profile (industry, capabilities, preferred regions), the system scores every incoming tender for relevance. Instead of manually reading through hundreds of notices, users see a ranked feed of opportunities that actually fit their business.
Multi-country aggregation — the platform pulls tender data from 40+ European countries, normalizing different formats and classification systems (CPV codes) into a unified search experience. Users filter by country, sector, budget range, and deadline — all in one place.
Tender analysis tools — each tender gets an AI-generated summary breaking down requirements, evaluation criteria, and estimated contract value. Users can compare multiple tenders side by side, export shortlists to CSV or PDF, and sync deadlines to their calendar.
Multi-language interface — the platform itself is available in six languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Romanian), matching the multilingual reality of EU procurement.
Workspace dashboards — teams track their tender pipeline from discovery through submission. Active bids, upcoming deadlines, and win/loss history are all visible in one dashboard.
